Are the estimates provided in the report the final quote?
The estimates provided in Remote Roofing’s free remote roof inspection and roof quote is an estimate and is not the final quote. Once we have a licensed adjuster assess the roof, our trusted roofing partners will give you a final quote that is sent to your email address.

Insurance Process
How is the insurance process handled?
Remote Roofing handles the entire insurance claiming process (from contacting your insurance provider to filing the claim) once you sign our contingency agreement. Once the claim is approved, we connect you with one of our trusted roofing partners to commence the roofing construction.

Payments & Warranties
How and whom do I pay?
For both Residential and Commerical properties, our customers pay the roofing contractor through our internal payment provider (Stripe) using either a credit card or ACH transfer.

When will I receive the warranty receipt for my new roof?
Once the construction is complete to your satisfaction and all the payments have been cleared, your trusted roofing contractor will provide you with the required warranty documentation for your new roof!
